Favorite Books of some of our Baldwin High School students

Alex Rossi 12th grade
“I think my favorite book is Vagabond by Takehiko Inoue, which is the story of a samurai named Miyamoto Musashi who ventures the world to find out about himself and others.”

Kailyn Holguin 12th grade
“My favorite book is Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover, and it is my favorite because I’m a hopeless romantic and it is very interesting.”

Dave Anchou 11th grade
“My favorite book series is The Alex Rider Adventures by Anthony Horowittz. I like them because I am a big comic book reader, and it makes me very reminiscent of Batman comics back in the day, it’s a great and fun read. It’s not really my reading level, but I still really love the book series despite that.”

Chinonso Ajomiwe 9th grade
“Probably Of Mice And Men by John Steinbeck because the book really changed my perspective on how life is not compared to back then. It really makes me feel like I should be more grateful for the things I have now in my life.”

Joshua David 10th grade
“To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee because it deals with adversity and triumph over things like loss, and social and environmental problems”

William Boyd 3rd 12th grade
“The Other Wes Moore by Wes Moore because it truly shows how people can grow up in the same exact neighborhood but turn out completely different which i find very interesting.”
