2023 was a great year for shows. The Bear, Succession, Abbott Elementary. These are some of my favorite shows from the year. They range from Prime Video, Netflix, even Peacock. I haven’t watched all these shows so it wouldn’t be right to watch them based on my opinion. Each show is arranged by IMDb and Rotten Tomatoes, also by reviews on the internet. These are the most popular shows of 2023.

“Disillusioned at the thought of taking down another “mark,” depressed, low-level hit man Barry Berkman seeks a way out. When the Midwesterner reluctantly travels to Los Angeles to execute a hit on an actor who is bedding a mobster’s wife, little does Barry know that the City of Angels may be his sanctuary. He follows his target into acting class and ends up instantly drawn to the community of eager hopefuls, especially dedicated student Sally, who becomes the object of his affection. While Barry wants to start a new life as an actor, his handler, Fuches, has other ideas, and the hit man’s criminal past won’t let him walk away so easily.” Apple Tv

“Based on the video game franchise developed by Naughty Dog, the series is set in a post-apocalyptic 2023, The Last of Us presents a world that’s been ravaged by a pandemic caused by a fungus called “cordyceps” (terrifyingly, a real fungus), which turns its hosts into violent zombie-like creatures whose only goal is to spread the infection. The story follows Joel, a smuggler, and Ellie, a feisty teenager who is immune, as they travel across the country to a militant group of revolutionaries called the Fireflies who hope to synthesize a vaccine.” The Verge
